So Much For The Laundry

I swear I wasn’t going to post yet another ‘Widget sleeping’ photo, but then this one came along today. Alayne had taken a load of laundry out of the dryer late this morning (mostly dog bedding) and piled it on a living room chair to fold at lunch. At some point when we weren’t paying attention, blind Widget climbed into the chair, scattered the laundry far and wide, and made herself a comfortable bed out of the mess. There she remained for several hours.

We told her (again), "Widget, you really need to get a job."

One can never o.d. on Widget!
This does seem like the best way to help out doing laundry, at least Widget and my cat think so. I have the same thing happen; especially when making the bed. When I’m finished making it, there’s always a lump that remains between the sheets that I never can quite smooth out…until she leaves.
